Welcome to Onimi Pages. We help you publish HTML work, manage versions and share links. These terms describe our responsibilities and yours when using the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Please read both before using the service.
1. Your account
Provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials and grant access only to applications you trust. You must have the capacity to enter into these terms and, when acting for an organisation, its authority. Contact us if you discover unauthorised account access.
2. Your work and sharing
You retain your rights in uploaded content and must have permission to publish it. You permit us to store, process and display that content to operate the service and deliver it according to your visibility and sharing settings. This limited permission does not transfer ownership. Public pages can be accessed, copied or indexed by others. Protect private sharing links; revoking a link cannot remove copies already saved by recipients. Keep your own backups of important work.
3. Acceptable use
Do not publish unlawful, infringing, phishing, fraudulent, malicious or privacy-invasive content. Do not bypass access controls, misuse accounts, disrupt the service or abuse computing and storage resources. You are responsible for your pages and the third-party scripts you include. We may restrict content or accounts to address violations, security risks or valid legal requests, with explanations and a way to appeal where appropriate.
4. Plans, billing and renewal
Plan limits, prices, currency and billing periods are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. An annual plan's monthly equivalent is the annual charge divided by 12; the annual charge is paid upfront. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen billing period until cancelled. Onimi provides the subscription service. Stripe processes payment through its hosted checkout; Onimi handles payment questions and refund requests. Use payment management in your dashboard to view subscriptions, invoices and available cancellation options. The confirmation there shows when cancellation takes effect and any remaining access. New publishing may pause when you exceed your plan until you reduce usage or upgrade; the pricing page explains the limits.
5. Cancellations, refunds and payment issues
Cancellation stops new renewal charges after its effective date. Cancelling does not automatically refund charges already paid. For duplicate charges, service problems or refund requests, send your account email, receipt or invoice number, payment date and issue to oceanailab@gmail.com. Onimi reviews each request according to the transaction and applicable law. A full refund for the current paid period ends that period’s paid access; a partial refund retains it. Refunding an earlier period does not affect a later period’s access. A payment dispute pauses paid access for the affected period; a win restores it and a loss ends it, subject to any other refund or dispute restrictions. Refunds and disputes do not automatically cancel future renewals; confirm the subscription status in your dashboard. These terms do not limit statutory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights.
6. Service changes and responsibility
We maintain and improve the service, but do not promise permanent hosting or uninterrupted availability. We will provide appropriate notice of planned maintenance and material changes to plans or terms. Do not rely on the service as your only backup. Assess third-party content and services before using them. Liability is determined by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Leaving and contacting us
You can stop using the service, cancel your subscription and contact us for account closure or help with your data. Save any work you need and confirm your subscription cancellation before closing your account. Send questions about these terms, content complaints or account restrictions to oceanailab@gmail.com.
