HOW TO PUBLISH / ONIMI

Your agent creates. You share the work.

Confirm the content and who can access it, then ask your agent to publish your page or presentation. Use controlled invitations for responses or shared editing.

From draft to audience link
  1. 01

    Confirm the work and audience

Confirm whether this updates the original work or creates new work, and check these edits and the audience.

  2. 02

    Connect only when needed

Your agent opens browser authorization only when cloud access is missing; it reuses a sufficient connection.

  3. 03

    Publish and get a link

Share the audience link after publication succeeds. Saving a draft does not update published content.

01

Prepare one Onimi suite

If your current agent has reported the suite ready, continue the original task. For first use, copy one Creator and Publish setup task.

The setup task prepares both Creator and Publish. Continue your original task if they are already installed.

Open the Onimi suite

02

Connect in your browser

Browser authorization opens only for first cloud use, expired access or missing permissions. Continue the original task after cancellation; reuse a suitable existing connection.

  1. 1

    Sign in to Onimi Pages

Use your account. After sign-in, you return to authorization.

  2. 2

    Review the requested access

Use the actual authorization screen as the source of truth. Reading a private draft can include speaker notes and hidden slides; managing collaboration can change invites and sharing rules.

  3. 3

    Return to your agent

Return to the original task without copying keys. If you cancel or something fails, resume from the waiting step.

You can revoke access anytime under Agent connections in your dashboard. About connection management

03

Preview the audience view, then publish

Check the audience view and access settings, then confirm publication. Slides saves and checks the content first. If it fails, follow the message and retry.

01

Confirm project and version

Your agent asks for a name and whether to create or update, then pins this draft. Later draft edits do not silently change the published version.

02

Choose the right audience link

Return the correct audience link and access instructions for the choice. Static pages can be public or controlled; Slides viewers see no notes or hidden slides, and participatory pages use controlled sharing.

03

Manage it afterward

The audience sees the new version after publication succeeds. Manage versions, pause responses or revoke invitations in the dashboard. Gallery placement requires a separate review.

Will others submit or edit data?

These pages use controlled sharing only: invitations, access codes, or permissioned links. Choose who can enter, who can see the results, and how participants identify themselves.

No sign-in, with a name

Participants may enter a nickname, but it is unverified and cannot be used to claim someone else’s data.

No sign-in, anonymous

Useful for feedback that needs no name. The collector sees the submission without a name supplied by the participant.

Sign in to participate

Sign in from the original browser while holding a valid temporary identity to link your submitted data to your account. After that, continue on other devices with the same account.

How invitations and responses continue

  • Free allows up to 10 new access grants per invitation; Pro and Ultra are unlimited. Revisits do not count again, and plan expiry keeps existing access.
  • Copy the same valid invitation again. It opens the latest published content after an update; drafts stay private, and revoked or expired invitations stay closed.
  • Temporary response data stays in the original browser. Sign in there with a valid temporary identity to link submitted data to your account; a nickname alone cannot recover it.
